Welcome to Aziia!

Our mission at Aziia is to create a platform where you can capture, share, and celebrate the daily moments that make up your unique lifestyle. From morning routines to nighttime reflections, we want Aziia to be your go-to space for documenting life as it happens.

To make this possible, we’ve laid out some ground rules so that you know what to expect from us and what we expect from you. This includes these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines (collectively, the “User Agreement”). Throughout the User Agreement, some words have specific meanings—so please interpret them consistently wherever they appear. If anything isn’t clear, reach out to us! Our goal is to ensure transparency and understanding about how Aziia works.

If reading through this feels tedious, imagine writing it! But we crafted it for you because it's important—for both of us. Please take the time to read it. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you don’t agree, we understand, but we’ll have to ask you not to use our Services.

**1. Who Can Use Our Services**

Our Services include all parts of the Aziia mobile app, website, and the underlying software and systems.

To use Aziia, you must be a *REAL* human being (because it’s your real life we’re interested in):

- You must be at least 13 years old. Depending on where you live, if you’re under the age of consent, your parent or guardian might need to give permission for you to use our Services.

- You must have the legal authority to create an account on behalf of yourself or, if applicable, on behalf of another person, company, organization, government, or other legal entity.

In the User Agreement, “you” and “your” refer to you as the end user and/or, if applicable, the person or entity that legally created or operates the account.
